Chris Ritchie

President of Bridges to Independence brings eleven years of experience in the field of supported living, working with a well respected statewide agency. She has worked closely with administrators, support staff, individuals recieving services, county board officials, families and other agencies to ensure that quality services were provided to meet the goals of supported living. During her tenure of constant aggressive growth, she structured management systems designed to support professional staff that were used throughout the company. She traveled all around Ohio and North Carolina training office administrators to ensure that all state requirements for quality assurances were met. She has an extensive background in business management and corporate investigative service.

Bunny Ambro

Executive Director of Bridges to Independence, with a masters degree in special education, has experience serving people with disabilities dating back to 1974 when the school systems she served began identifying students with special needs. In the past eleven years her experience in the field of supported living comes from well respected statewide agencies. She has experience in the areas of program services, supervision of employees, financial management, personnel matters and training development. Sharing her years of experience by teaching others about the challenges of meeting each persons needs has provided inspiration to staff and teams. Her enthusiasm and dedication to people with special needs has made positive changes in the lives of many individuals.
